Day 3, 30 paintings in 30 days.
One of my goals for the new year is to paint in January.
My theme for all the paintings will be “writing.”
Was wondering how I’d do on time today, since it’s my first day back at work after the holiday. A full day of work, plus some freelance work after my day job was over (creating a website for a book project, will share the site when it’s done), plus dinner. Add in painting, and it’s a full day! Good thing I did my workout this morning! Anyway, I was pretty sure I didn’t want to spent 3 hours creating a painting today, no matter how much I’m enjoying this challenge!
This took about an hour. Kept it simple. Black and white (plus a smidge of blue and red in the upper ruler bar). Didn’t get too fussy with details. It was refreshing to paint freely, not worrying about being exact, as I often do.
I’m hoping you can still tell what it is. 🙂
