Real Letters, Through the Mail!

Letter Writing Month starts tomorrow!

Month of Letters Challenge Participant

Remember this? I did it last year. Did you get anything from me?

Did you send me anything?

Here’s how it works: every day that the post office is open, you mail something to somebody.

It’s SUPER EASY.

Last year, I remember that every morning when I woke up, I would go straight to my desk and put pen to paper, have something in a sealed envelope by breakfast time, and drop it off at the post office on my way to work. I had some addresses from Christmas cards and care packages I had received in the previous months, so I started by writing to those people. Sometimes my grandma posts addresses on her website, so I also sent cards to some of those people. My last two days of February were spent in Portugal, so I sent post cards from there.

Email me your address if you want to take advantage of the fact that I will be mailing many letters this month. Please use this email address: evelyn [at] travelingev [dot] com. I will mail to anywhere in the world. :)

Then obsessively check your mail box. But be warned, although I will mail your letter in February, it may not actually arrive for several months!

Or leave a comment requesting my address, if you want to try this, too.

(Hint: care packages count for this month’s challenge.)
